1. Lead Generation & Data Management:
Develop and maintain accurate client databases with detailed contact information.
Research and identify leads and decision-makers using LinkedIn and other platforms.
Conduct personalized outreach via email, calls, and social media.
2. Client Engagement:
Execute LinkedIn campaigns and InMail strategies to engage stakeholders.
Organize targeted email campaigns to generate inquiries.
Schedule virtual meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
3. Market Research:
Study emerging e-learning trends and industry opportunities.
Monitor competitor innovations and market shifts.
4. Sales Support:
Qualify leads through conversations and research for alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead follow-ups and nurturing strategies.
5. CRM & Reporting:
Update CRM platforms like Leadsquare with accurate lead information and activity tracking.
Generate reports on outreach efforts and pipeline progress
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 2 years experience in inside sales, preferably in e-learning or SaaS.
Proficient in CRM tools like Apollo, Lusha, Leadsquare, or similar platforms.
Strong LinkedIn outreach and email marketing skills.
Exceptional communication abilities (written and verbal).
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
