Role - Business Development Executive
Experience - 2-3yrs years
Location - NCR - Hybrid mode
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify Business Opportunities:
- Ability to add new logos and clients for IT staffing
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the IT staffing sector.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to uncover new sales leads.
- Develop and implement strategies to capture new clients and expand market reach.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client staffing needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand the company's staffing solutions and candidate pool.
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and sales pipeline.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Developer or in a similar sales role within the IT staffing industry ( recruitment only)
- Strong understanding of IT staffing solutions, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of IT roles, skill sets, and employment trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- High level of initiative and a proactive approach to work.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
