Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Polymer/Chemical + MBA Mktng

Experience: Min 8-10 years' experience in BD/Marketing role.

Requirement:

1. Should be dynamic and results-driven to lead the sales and marketing efforts for our solar panel manufacturing division.

2. Candidate should have a strong background in the renewable energy sector, with experience in both sales and marketing, and a passion for promoting sustainable energy solutions.

3. Responsible for driving the sales strategy, enhancing brand awareness, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering strong customer relationships within the solar industry.

4. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, monitor sales performance, and analyze sales data to make informed decisions.

5. Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue generation, and market insights to senior management.

6. Lead negotiations for pricing, contract terms, and other key deal elements.

7. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances the company's visibility in the solar energy market.

8. Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.

9. Plan and execute product launch campaigns, ensuring the marketing efforts effectively highlight key differentiators of the company's solar panels.

10. Develop marketing collateral, brochures, case studies, and other content to support sales teams and customer education.

11. Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build relationships and promote brand awareness.

12. Collaborate with the product development and R&D teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product improvements and innovations.

13. Stay informed about new solar technologies and product updates to ensure effective sales and marketing strategies.
