Job Description
Leverage the existing control test plans (including sample size, testing method and other such attributes) to perform design validation and operating effectiveness testing of ICFR key controls for the assigned business processes/business lines.
Document test results within Wdesk(or any other similar documentation tool) in accordance with the prescribed work paper quality standards and given timelines.
Identify and communicate to WFARC Financial Officer (FO)/ Sr. Financial Officer (SFO) any process gaps/control deficiencies on a timely basis for management remediation.
Identify and communicate to WFARC Financial Officer/ Sr. Financial Officer any process improvement opportunities.
Support any ad hoc tasks within internal controls or Operational risk management, as and when assigned by WFARC Financial Officer/ Sr. Financial Officer.
Requirements
Previous audit/ assurance experience preferably in a Big 4 or similar reputed public accounting firms.
Candidates with 0-1 years of post-qualification experience in similar or complementary roles.
Full proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications, namely Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Demonstrated ability to learn new technology quickly and effectively use it for maximum productivity.
Knowledge of Information Systems and IT general control framework.
Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams; and
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
