Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repair:
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment, focusing on hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
Field & Underground Service:
- Execute service tasks in the field and underground, ensuring timely and effective resolution of equipment issues.
- Work closely with the Senior Service Engineer to prioritize and complete service assignments.
Customer Support:
- Assist customers with technical support during service activities, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate service solutions.
Safety & Compliance:
- Adhere to safety SOPs and guidelines during all service and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards in all work environments.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with fellow engineers and technicians, sharing knowledge and assisting in complex troubleshooting tasks.
- Support the Senior Service Engineer in planning and executing major overhauls and repairs.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and inventory usage.
- Provide regular updates to the Senior Service Engineer on the status of ongoing tasks and any issues encountered.
