The Account Manager will play a key role in managing and delivering complex, high-impact programs across multiple teams. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the execution of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that all teams are aligned and that milestones are met. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects.
We are looking for an Account manager to work directly with one of our top clients, who focuses in the telecommunications space.
Roles and
Accountable for the overall development life cycle of the solution and managing complex projects with significant bottom-line impact.
Work closely with the senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach.
Instill best software development and documentation practices, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
Project management: prioritization, planning of projects and features, Stakeholder managemen t, and tracking of external commitments
Expands existing programs and/or generates new programs by leveraging client relationships, client feedback, program measurement, new products/services or unmet needs
Leads the development of new or renewal contracts through collaboration with subject matter advisors, solution architects and pricing team members
Strategically align with clients on program objectives. Manages internal and external processes, assesses resources and ensures strategic, creative, and program delivery output is to the highest quality
Interfaces with clients, senior management, cross functional internal teams to ensure projects are on target with objectives, budget and schedule. Intercedes between client and team for issues related to changes in project scope, budget or strategic creative direction
Works with Client Account Leads where appropriate to ensure project aligns to greater account objectives and supports targets set for the year
Collaborates across Nomiso teams to generate value creation opportunities for our clients
Able to lead key business development initiatives for the account,
Consistent student of the industry, the marketplace, culture and consumer trends to identify opportunities and help keep clients and colleagues at the forefront of industry developments
Produce weekly status reports
Responsible for financial forecasting
Must Have:
Overall 14+ years experience with 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the IT Industry.
In-depth, hands-on technical expertise .
Concrete software development background, including design patterns, data structures, and test-driven development.
Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum 6 years experience in account management, account planning, advertising, communications or marketing
Minimum 5 years of digital marketing agency or client-side experience managing complex relationships and delivering multi-channel experiences
Minimum 3 years working in a matrix team environment delivering campaigns that could include CRM, communications, content marketing, cross-channel marketing programs including web development, mobile products, social, paid media
Solid understanding of creative and production processes across channels
CRM expertise and proficient understanding of how to integrate CRM into emerging channels
Strong ability to understand insights and turn them into strategic plans
Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to inspire and lead teams by setting forth a vision for the account
Ability to negotiate SOWs on behalf of NomiSo and manage scope with Client

Qualification:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related technical degree.
