As an Associate HR Consultant (HR Data Management), your key responsibilities will be to: Manage HRIS-related data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems modules. Collaborate with the HR Technology team for data imports, exports, and system integrations, providing necessary validation and support. Conduct routine audits to identify and rectify data inconsistencies and ensure the database aligns with organizational needs. Assist in the development and documentation of processes for effective data management, including data migration and archiving strategies. Support HR Technology team members during system upgrades or implementations, focusing on data integrity and compliance. Act as the primary point of contact for data management tasks, including resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, Internal Data Protection Policy).

The miles you ve walked In all positions there are some things that areneeded, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for youto do well in this role: A degree in HR and Data management A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in HRIS data management role. Proficiency in working with any HRIS platform. Strong understanding of data privacy laws and best practices in HR data management. Excellent analytical skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with reporting tools like Excel and Power BI.
Preferred Qualification: Knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. Ability to document workflows and train HR users on data management best practices.
