Manage the end-to-end staffing process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement, and onboarding.
Ensure the team meets or exceeds client expectations, service level agreements (SLAs)
Identify potential risks to staffing delivery and implement strategies to mitigate delays or challenges.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Understand client business needs, workforce requirements, and culture to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and market insights.
Proactively address any client concerns or issues related to recruitment delivery and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Operational Excellence:
Continuously monitor and assess the performance of the recruitment function, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms to streamline processes, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate experience.
Oversee recruitment reporting and analytics, tracking metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Experienced in delivering managed services, ensuring seamless operations, proactive support, and optimized performance for clients
Skilled in project management coordination with a proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience in statutory compliances relevant to staffing/managed services
Languages Hindi, English and Tamil, willing to travel
