Job Description
- Generate inquiries on the bulk chemicals and industrial gases on a daily basis through cold calls, visit to industrial units and establish contacts through industrial exhibitions, websites, net search etc.
- Customer visits on generated inquiries
- Maintaining Customer Relationship and follow ups
- Day-to-Day Reporting to Sales Coordinators
- Understand products offered and applications to respective industries
- Responsible for meeting the plan with respect to sales activities assigned
- Maintain and update CRM regularly with customer data and correspondence
- Generate sales order and purchase order in internal ERP system
- Provide dispatch plans to the plant for necessary scheduling
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to manager
- Manage the debtors with support from finance & accounts team
- Payments Collections
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and grievance handling
- Strong communication skills
- Highly self motivated individual
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- 1 or 2 years of sales experience in B2B sales is preferable
- Good Presentation skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace to generate reports and data logging
- Bachelor s degree
- Proven track record of positive sales performance
