Functional Consultant - SCM/Fusion Modules (11-13 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions focusing on Procurement, Sourcing, and Inventory modules.

- Engage with clients to gather requirements, understand their business processes, and provide tailored solutions.

- Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate solutions and gather feedback.

- Develop detailed functional design documents and solution specifications based on business requirements.

- Create process flow diagrams and other documentation to illustrate system functionalities.

- Coordinate and execute unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the system.

- Perform data conversion activities, including FBDI (File-Based Data Import) uploads for the relevant SCM modules.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration process.

- Provide ongoing application support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

- Recommend optimizations and enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10+ years of overall experience in the IT domain.

- At least 8+ years of hands-on experience in SCM Cloud implementations, specifically in Procurement, Sourcing, and Inventory modules.

- Extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules with a strong focus on Procurement, Sourcing, and Inventory.

- Proficient in data conversion methodologies, particularly FBDI uploads.

- Proven experience in client-facing roles, including requirement gathering, configuration, design, testing, and training.

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address client issues and enhance system functionality
