Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth areas to expand the company’s reach and capabilities.
Project Management Oversight:
Provide leadership and oversight to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Ensure effective resource allocation, risk management, and resolution of any project-related issues or delays.
Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and client expectations.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance across all departments.

Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and cooperation.
Financial Oversight:
Manage the company’s operational budget, ensuring resource allocation is optimized to meet business objectives.
Oversee the financial performance of the company’s projects and operations, identifying areas for cost reduction and improved profitability.
Work closely with the finance team to prepare financial reports, analyze performance, and support the CEO in financial decision-making.
Regulatory and Compliance:
Ensure the company complies with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
Oversee risk management activities, including insurance, safety, and legal compliance for all company operations and projects.
Establish and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.
Client & Stakeholder Relations:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, contractors, and other stakeholders in the real estate and construction sectors.
Represent the company in meetings with high-level clients, investors, and potential business partners.
Ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing the successful delivery of projects and services.
Innovation & Technology Integration:
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in civil engineering, real estate development, and construction.
Advocate for and lead the adoption of innovative tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve operational efficiency and project delivery.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in a civil real estate or construction company.
Certifications: Professional certifications in project management (PMP) or construction management (e.g., CCM) are a plus.
