Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Development Representative with 1-3 years of experience in a marketing agency or consultancy to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, identifying and nurturing potential client relationships, and contribute to the agencys overall growth strategy . Youll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate new business opportunities and contribute to our companys continued success.
Prior experience with B2B marketing services is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients across various industries
  • Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their brand challenges and opportunities
  • Create and deliver compelling pitches that showcase Nine Degrees unique value proposition
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior team members
  • Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate prospect information
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and refine outreach strategies
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials and presentations
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings set
  • Represent Nine Degree at industry events and conferences


    Requirements Experience and Skills Required:
    • 1-3 years of proven sales experience in a marketing agency or related field
    • Strong understanding of marketing services and ability to articulate their value to potential clients
    • Consultative sales approach
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
    • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience)
    • Ability to go beyond traditional ways of outreach to implement new ideas and developments based on the industry (must have)
