Job Description: E-Commerce Head

Location: Bangalore

Industry: Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)

CTC: Up to - 50 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-Commerce Strategy & Leadership:

- Develop and execute the e-commerce roadmap, focusing on the brand's website and aggregator platforms (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, Uber Eats).

- Define KPIs and ensure the achievement of revenue, conversion, and customer acquisition goals.

- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative strategies to enhance the brand's e-commerce presence.

2. Own Website Management:

- Oversee the operations, performance, and optimization of the brand's direct-to-consumer (DTC) website.

- Collaborate with the tech team to enhance website functionality, ensuring seamless user experience and mobile-first designs.

- Drive website traffic and conversions through campaigns, SEO, and promotional offers.

3. Aggregator Platform Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with aggregator platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) to optimize visibility and promotions.

- Develop exclusive campaigns for aggregators to boost orders and revenue.

- Monitor aggregator platform analytics and reviews to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

4. Performance Marketing:

- Lead digital marketing initiatives for the e-commerce vertical, including paid ads, email marketing, and social media campaigns.

- Optimize marketing spends across channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and ROI.

5. Data-Driven Decision-Making:

- Use analytics tools to monitor sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.

- Generate actionable insights to refine e-commerce strategies and improve customer experiences.

6. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:

- Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure real-time inventory management and order fulfillment.

- Implement efficient logistics processes to minimize delivery times and maximize customer satisfaction.
