Responsibilities
1.Lead Generation : Assist in identifying and qualifying new business leads through researchand outreach efforts.
2.Customer Engagement : Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and social media to introduce our solutions and schedule meetings for the sales team.
3.Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to support business development efforts.
4.CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system,ensuring timely follow-up and data integrity.
5.Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights that contribute to lead generation efforts.
6.Reporting : Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the sales team, summarizing lead generation activities and outcomes.
7.Learning : Stay informed about industry trends and Nimesa's products to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
Qualifications
1.Education : Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2.Experience : Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (internships or coursework are a plus).
3.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.
4.Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
5.Technical Skills : Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel,PowerPoint, Word) is a plus.
6.Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced startup culture.
7.Initiative : A proactive approach to tasks with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
