Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong background in selling spun yarn. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in business development, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets in the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the market share of spun yarn.
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients, including textile mills, garment manufacturers, and traders.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, pricing, and competitor strategies.
  • Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to expand the companys network.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2-10 years in sales & marketing of spun yarn (mandatory).
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of different types of spun yarn and market dynamics.
  • Location Preference: Candidates based in Mumbai or Surat or willing to relocate.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and market visits.
