Job Description

ABOUT THIS JOB

Candidates for our SAP support team are currently looking for smart and dynamic talent with 8-10+ years of hands-on experience. The applicants must have strong experience in administering SAP FICO applications and Module with experience in S4

RESPONSIBILITIES

SAP consulting experience including customer-facing implementations, roll-outs expert advisory assignments in the S/4HANA and ECC environment
Closely work with the Business teams on problem definition, solution architecting, and rollout with a focus on reengineering the business processes.
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (Focus on FICO-but not limited to):
Finance - General Ledger, Account payable, Account receivable, Banking, Special Purpose Ledger, Asset, Month-end Close , Data Migration.
Controlling - Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Project System
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
Map business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules.
Identify gaps, and issues and work around solutions.
Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
Document functional designs, test cases and results.
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
Knowledge of SAP treasury, SLAN, Concur, and FSCM would be an added advantage

QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum bachelors degree in Accounts and additional professional add-ons like CA/ICWA/MBA will also be considered.
Minimum of 8-10 years of SAP experience supporting and Implementing FICO Modules
Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, HR, and SD.
Effective communication in both oral and written English.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
Understanding of accounting business processes. Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective. Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
Must be results-oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness SAP FICO certification is highly desirable.
