Nibav Lifts - Chief Executive Officer - IIT/IIM (22-30 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive 10x growth.

- Dominate each market, and achieve financial objectives in line with our mission

- Executive swift and agile tactical plans to scale the business from its current position to new heights.

- Aggressively Lead the expansion of Nibav Home Elevator's global footprint by strategically entering new countries and regions.

- Lead the implementation of strategic plans with a focus on operational excellence, ensuring efficient utilization of resources to scale the business rapidly.

- Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR and Finance, to align business strategies and achieve organizational goals.

- Build and nurture key partnerships, alliances, and collaborations to support business expansion initiatives.

- Drive exciting innovation in product offerings and business models to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.

- Establish, Review and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly

- Build and lead a Super high-performance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Drive strong financial performance and profitability by monitoring key financial metrics.

- Develop and manage budgets to support strategic initiatives and business expansion.

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure financial discipline and transparency.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a premier institute such as IIM.

- Strong academic background with an engineering degree from a reputed institute such as IIT.

- Strong and Proven track record of successfully scaling businesses from the ground up to 10X level.

- Extensive experience in strategic planning, market expansion, and execution in a global context.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
