We are looking for a qualified Outreach & Sales Associate to join our team. You will support our organization by managing the day-to-day tasks and administrative needs of our outbound sales outreach for our digital marketing agency business (via phone calls, emails, whatsapp, Linkedin etc.), analytics/reporting and critical sales operations.
Location & Timings:
You will be expected to work full-time from our office in JP nagar area in Bangalore (Karnataka, India).
The team that you will be a part of works from Monday to Saturday.
Your Responsibilities:
An ideal candidate will be highly organized, diligent, hard working, disciplined and have a versatile skill set to support a variety of different sales & business functions with a diverse range of tasks.
Identify eligible leads for pitching SEO/ASO services and do outreach via phone calls.
Identify and follow up with a broad array of generated leads, including those received from other staff.
Coordinate with different teams internally as well as with clients.
Serving as a direct point of contact for clients/project leads.
Create and review SEO/ASO audits with keen attention to detail.
After training on sales decks and audits, participate actively in sales calls by assisting the senior sales team in pitching to clients on Google Meet calls.
Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
Research and provide content recommendations for organic ASO/SEO success.
Draft background briefings, talking points, emails, proposals and other written materials.
Ensure smooth operations, timely delivery and set a high bar on quality of deliverables.
Ensure not to make simple mistakes (like excel formula bugs or mistakes in copy/pasting).
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Must haves:
Minimum 1+ years work experience working in online B2B Sales, Outreach associate or Customer support executive or similar role.
Excellent English (spoken, written and listening skills).
Comfortable to make phone calls for outbound/inbound sales pitches. Candidates with a confident personality will be preferred.
Strong computer proficiency, with medium to fast typing speed
Expert in Google Sheets (and Excel) to be able to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources
Ability to work under pressure
Comfortable with tools such as Calendar, Web Browser, Powerpoint, Word etc.
Bonus skills:
If you have one/some of the following skills, it will make you stand out from the rest of the candidates:
Ability to use any sales engagement platform/tools for outreach processes (like Apollo.io, Easyleadz, Hubspot etc.)
Excellent spoken English, confident personality combined with ability to record sales pitching videos.
Ability to find innovative ways to automate day to day tasks (e.g. using Google Sheets Extensions or chrome extensions or Telegram bots built by others to solve a critical business problem).
Create email templates and send email marketing campaigns.
Send SMS, Whatsapp, Linkedin or push messages.
Experience with SEO, ASO or setting up Ad campaigns.
