Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative visionary to take on the role of Content and Social Media Lead . The ideal candidate is a strong copywriter with experience in handling multiple brands. In this key position, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the creative direction for our content and social media efforts. You will play a pivotal role in developing compelling content, managing social platforms, driving brand and sales campaigns across performance and organic social channels, events, sales collaterals, and more working closely with the Brand Team.

Responsibilities:
1. Content Development:
- Create and oversee the development of high-quality educational content that aligns with our brand and educational/sales objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and content creators to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Develop content strategies that resonate with our target audience across various educational levels.
2. Social Media Strategy
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of visually appealing and engaging creatives for social media.
- Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging and visuals.
- Stay abreast of design trends and innovative approaches to maintain a cutting-edge creative presence.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and curate content for social platforms, fostering a sense of community among our audience.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaign strategies.
3. Brand Campaigns:
- Spearhead the planning and execution of brand campaigns to drive awareness and user acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Monitor and report on the success of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
