Consultant Application Engineer
Position: Consultant Application Engineer [Contract On Hire]
Location: Bangalore, India
Position Overview:
As a Application Engineer - Level 1, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch technical
support for their networking and automation needs. You will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading
routing and switching technologies, while also leveraging your expertise in automation and
Keysight IXIA hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide -level technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat, assisting with routing and switching
issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems related to Keysight IXIA products, including setup, and maintenance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
Assist clients in automating routine tasks and processes, leveraging scripting languages such as Python or
automation tools.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
Collaborate with the product development team to provide valuable insights and feedback for product
improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance
technical skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.) or equivalent work
experience.
Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols and technologies (e.g., OSPF, BGP, VLANs, etc.).
Proficiency in automation and scripting languages, with a preference for experience in Python.
Familiarity with Keysight IXIA hardware and software is a significant plus.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA or similar technical certifications are a plus.
