Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities-

- Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs. Drive strategic direction for new product initiatives.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of products.

- Market Research & Customer Insights: Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, inform product decisions, and validate ideas.

- Product Development: Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to execution. Define product requirements, user stories, and prioritize backlogs. Ensure high-quality product releases.

- Metrics & Performance: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives. Use data-driven insights to iterate and optimize product offerings.

- Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product managers and support their professional development. Foster a collaborative and innovative product culture within the team.

- Stakeholder Management: Present product updates, roadmaps, and progress reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Act as the primary product expert within the company.
