Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retention strategies to increase customer engagement, loyalty, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Utilize CleverTap's platform to design and implement personalized and targeted campaigns through various channels, including push notifications, SMS, email, and in-app messaging. Segment the customer base using CleverTap's segmentation capabilities to deliver relevant and timely messages to specific customer segments.
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to optimize retention marketing efforts and improve customer retention rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer support, to gather insights and align strategies for improved customer experience and retention.

- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as retention rate, churn rate, CLTV, and campaign ROI.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new and innovative strategies to maximize customer retention and engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in retention marketing, preferably within a tech-based product company.
- Strong expertise in using CleverTap's platform for retention marketing, including proficiency in creating and executing campaigns through push notifications, SMS, email, and other channels.
