● Work Experience: 4 6 years of relevant experience in web development, with at least 3 years of
experience in e-commerce Shopify platform development.

Role Overview
As a Shopify developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining engaging e-commerce experiences for our
clients using Shopify's platform. Your primary duties will include designing and developing new Shopify themes,
customizing existing themes, and creating new Shopify stores to meet the unique needs of our clients.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and other developers, to ensure
that all Shopify projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible quality standards.
Additionally, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Shopify development and e-commerce
industry best practices, as well as participate in ongoing professional development to continuously improve your skills and
knowledge.
This position is based out of our office in Hyderabad (India). The role reports to the Associate Director, Engineering.

What Youll Be Doing
1. Developing Custom Shopify solutions: Hands-on development work, building custom Shopify solutions and
integrations using Shopify's API.Implementing third-party apps and integrations, such as payment gateways,
shipping providers, and inventory management systems. Ensuring high-performance, availability, and managing all
technical aspects of Shopify-based e-commerce applications.
2. Leading technical discussions: As a Shopify developer, collaborate with designers, project managers, and other
developers to deliver high-quality websites that meet the clients' requirements on Shopify platform.
3. Technical planning: You will also stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Shopify
development to ensure the websites are optimized for performance, security, and user experience.
4. Staying up-to-date with new technologies: In-depth knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3,
JavaScript, React.js/Vue.js as well as how to interact with APIs (SOAP, REST, GraphQL).

experiences.
7. Nice-to-have skills & qualifications: Experience working with other ecommerce platforms (MIVA, Woo
Commerce, Big Commerce, Magento). Knowledge of other languages and technologies we work with (i.e. PHP,
Node.js, AWS, React Native, Contentful).
