We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our digital marketing strategies.
This hands-on role will focus on implementing effective inbound and demand generation initiatives across various channels, including webinars, LinkedIn Ads, content marketing, and partnerships.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving engagement and generating qualified leads through tactical execution and optimization.
Responsibilities:.
- Webinars: Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of our webinar program to ensure high engagement and lead capture.
- Handle promotion, logistics, and post-webinar follow-up.
- LinkedIn Ads: Develop, execute, and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
- Manage ad copy, targeting, and budgets to maximize lead generation and ROI.
Content Marketing: Collaborate on the creation and distribution of engaging content, including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Implement content promotion strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
- Inbound Marketing: Execute inbound marketing tactics that attract and convert leads.
- Optimize landing pages and lead capture forms to enhance conversion rates.
- Campaigns: Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate timelines, resources, and tasks to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet objectives.
- Partnerships: Manage co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
- Develop and execute joint campaigns that leverage both brands for mutual benefit.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze comprehensive reports from our CRM to assess lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and overall marketing performance.
Skills and Qualifications:.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or related roles.
- Proven track record of executing successful webinars and managing all aspects of their lifecycle.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and analytics.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on creating impactful marketing content.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e. , HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
