TA Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and coaching to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes innovation and teamwork.
Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent across various technology domains.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Talent Acquisition:
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach to offer acceptance.
Candidate Experience:
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their applications.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
Performance Metrics:
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to optimize recruitment processes.
Industry Trends:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the evolving talent landscape.
- Adapt recruitment strategies to meet the changing needs of the business and the IT industry.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a technology company.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, particularly in data analytics, cloud, DevOps, and Java.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top IT talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A passion for recruitment and a desire to build a strong talent pipeline.
