SAP Sales Distribution Consultant (5-7 yrs)

Role Overview:

- As an SAP Sales Distribution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and supporting distribution strategies.

- You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including business process analysis, analytics, consulting, and sales & distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis:

- Analyze and understand complex business processes related to sales and distribution.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

- Develop detailed process flow diagrams and documentation.

SAP SD Configuration:

- Configure SAP SD modules to meet specific business requirements, including:

- Master data (customers, materials, pricing, etc.)

- Sales documents (orders, deliveries, invoices)

- Shipping and transportation processes

Output management:

- Ensure accurate and efficient configuration to support business operations.

Consultancy:

- Provide expert consulting services to clients on SAP SD best practices and solutions.

- Advise clients on strategic decisions related to sales and distribution processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Analytics:

- Analyze sales and distribution data to identify trends and opportunities.

- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

- Utilize analytics tools to optimize sales and distribution performance.

Project Implementation:

Participate in full-cycle SAP SD implementation projects, including:

- Requirements gathering and analysis

- System design and configuration

- Testing and quality assurance

- Go-live and post-implementation support

Sales & Distribution Support:

- Provide ongoing support to clients for sales and distribution operations.

- Respond to user queries and resolve issues promptly.

- Train and educate users on SAP SD functionalities.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD, with at least 1 end-to-end implementation.

- Strong understanding of core SAP SD modules, including Sales, Delivery, Billing, and Shipping.

- Proven consulting and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's/ master's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Certification in SAP SD is preferred
