Project Manager / Customer Relationship Manager - CIVIL

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans.
• Develop program chart (Bar chart, CPM, PERT), update & close Snag Lists for all the work packages as per Specifications and Drawings.
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
• Build strong client relationships through in-depth understanding of their needs and pain points.
• Develop and implement customer relationship strategies to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Communicate project progress, timelines, and changes to clients, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations team.
• Analyse project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
• Oversee project budgeting and cost control and manage change orders to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Similar experience in the Real Estate Industry.
• Professional certifications like PMP, PRINCE2 (advantageous).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
