Key Responsibilities:
• Shape and Execute Product Vision: Work closely with the Senior Product team to define product vision and develop product strategies and roadmaps for A&S products.
• Product Strategy and Innovation: Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to inform product strategy and direction
• AI Integration: Identify and explore opportunities to adopt Artificial Intelligence to drive better user outcomes, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of innovation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX, development, and other teams to deliver products, engage in technical conversations, weigh technology choices, and communicate effectively across all levels.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, create and prioritize user stories, and define acceptance criteria. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Agile Development: Collaborate with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of product features, enhancements, and fixes. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Monitor and analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Work Experience Required

Professional Experience/Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experiene of atleast 4-7 years in product management,
• Industry Familiarity: Familiarity with Talent Management / HCM / Assessment / Analytics / Talent Marketplace solution companies and their offerings.
• Technical Background: Technical acumen with an understanding and hands-on experience in software development.
• Analytical Skills: Strong experience in conducting market research, customer feedback, user testing, and data analysis to drive product improvements and innovations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations and business goals.
• Innovative Thinker: Creative problem solver and innovator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience in using agile methodologies and tools to plan, execute, and monitor product development cycles.
• Metrics-Driven: Demonstrated experience in launching and evaluating products using various metrics and KPIs.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, to convey product vision, strategy, and value proposition effectively.
• Adaptability: Strong organizational skills, ability to learn quickly, and willingness to collaborate with highly distributed teams across different time zones.

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
