Candidate may be accountable for multiple territories, devising and implementing sales strategies to achieve personal business/order targets.
Identify potential CADISON customers within the target region, including global areas, through methods such as cold calling, arranging online demo meetings, generating leads, and finalizing deals.
Collaborate with the internal team on technical tasks to effectively present and demonstrate the software solution.
Willingness to acquire technical insights into CADISON Software.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
Flexibility with office hours as per regional requirements.
Possesses strong presentation, management, and leadership abilities.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of Process Engineering Design Software / Solutions.
Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and ready to handle sales targets.
Prior sales experience in Process Plant Design / Piping Engineering Software Industry is preferred.
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills is a must.
Strong Business Acumen and Attention to detail.
Ability to execute email campaigns
Familiarity with latest tools and automation technologies (LinkedIn, Salesforce, Mail chimp, etc.)
