Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Selenium (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Perform manual and automated testing of web-based and JAVA applications to ensure they meet the specified requirements and are free of defects.

- Develop, document, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts.

- Execute test cases and document results, reporting any defects found in a detailed manner.

- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and usability.

- Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on requirements, design, and potential problems.

- Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.

- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.

- Perform regression testing to verify that existing functionality is not impacted by new changes.

- Work closely with developers to identify and resolve issues.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3-6 years of experience in automation testing of web-based applications, including manual

testing.

- Strong experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, WebDriverIO, or Playwright for web application testing.

- Proficient in Java for building automation scripts and frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with REST API testing using tools like Postman or scripting in Java.

- Proficient in performance and load testing using tools like JMeter, Locust, or Gatling.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, with PostgreSQL as a mandatory requirement.

- Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

- Familiarity with TestNG or JUnit for test execution and Maven/Gradle for project management.

- Experience in email marketing platforms is a bonus.
