Role & responsibilities:

• Reporting to Factor Head and responsible for day to day operations of the steel doors plant.
• Coordination with all departments like Production, Maintenance, HR, Commercial, Administration, Inventory Management, Product Design & R&D and Quality Control.
• Planning the Production & controls as per the priority
• Monitoring the material movement in Production line / cycle to ensure hassle free operations
• Monitoring the inventory status and generation of inventory reports
• Monitoring the Machinery Maintenance & Electricals
• Evaluating the production control activities to ensure that final product meets the customer specifications
• Dispatch planning as per the priority in coordination with HO team
• Manpower Planning & ensure optimum utilization of manpower
• Work with the Operations team to ensure material management, production scheduling, shipping/receiving, and logistics at all points of the process.
• Supports and assists with the Safety Program.

Preferred candidate profile:

• A Mechanical / Industrial Engineering /Production Engineering Degree with minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in Manufacturing Process of Steel Doors / Fire Doors / Hollow Metal Doors.
• Should be familiar with Design, manufacturing and Testing Standards.
• The incumbent should be good at:
