Job Purpose

This role will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, talent management, business partnering and providing HR support in meeting overall business goals of the organization.

Key Result Areas

• Handle end to end Talent Acquisition activities
• Support Senior HRBP to execute departmental goals on areas on performance management, employee grievance redressals, strengthen employee relations and retention
• Connect with customer teams with an objective to drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
• Support in the preparation of people analytics on a timely basis associated with talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, workforce budget, engagement etc.
• Handling payroll and labour compliance related matters

Desired Skills Required

• Strong competence in MS Office ( esp. Advanced Excel)
• Working knowledge of any Designing tool such as Canva/ Adobe etc
• Analytical and goal oriented

• Working experience as HR business partner
• Stakeholder management
• High customer orientation & results achievement with strong business acumen
• Strong domain knowledge in the area of Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement
