We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with Data Engineering expertise to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering with a strong focus on Python development for data pipelines, transformation, and automation. This role requires hands-on experience in managing large-scale data systems and an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative data solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement data engineering solutions using Python for efficient data processing, transformation, and integration.

- Build and maintain data pipelines to support various business data needs, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and scalability.

- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and ensure high-performance data operations.

- Collaborate with data architects and data scientists to improve data workflows, storage systems, and automation.

- Implement best practices in data engineering, working with cloud platforms and distributed systems.

- Ensure data security and reliability across different stages of the data lifecycle.

- Monitor and optimize existing data systems for improved performance and efficiency.

Mandatory Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering.

- At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python development for building data pipelines, processing data, and automation.

- In-depth experience with ETL frameworks, data integration, and automation.

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and working with large-scale data systems.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and distributed computing technologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.

- Knowledge of NoSQL databases and Data Warehousing.

- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and data quality management.
