Business Analyst (3-6 yrs)

Job Description :

The Business Analyst will work closely with our revenue and operations teams to collect, analyze, and organize data to drive business growth and efficiency. You will be responsible for utilizing tools such as AWS Quicksight to create insightful reports, dashboards, and metrics, while also writing code to fetch data from APIs of third-party systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in coding for API integration, and a passion for leveraging data to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the revenue and operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.

- Collect, organize, and analyze data to generate insights on business performance.

- Write and maintain code to fetch data from APIs of third-party systems for integration into internal reporting and analysis tools.

- Use AWS Quicksight and other tools to create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support decision-making processes.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to provide recommendations for improvements.

- Identify trends and patterns in data to help solve business problems and optimize processes.

- Assist in the development and improvement of business processes and data collection methodologies.

- Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all analytics platforms.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

- Experience writing code (e. g., Python, JavaScript) to integrate with third-party APIs for data extraction.

- Proficiency in AWS Quicksight or similar data visualization tools.

- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.

- Experience in data collection, organization, and reporting.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

- Familiarity with revenue and operational processes is a plus.
