Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:
Develop comprehensive training curricula for Oracle technologies, including database administration, SQL, PL/SQL, and application development.
Align training content with industry best practices and Oracle's official training materials.
Instructor-Led Training:
Deliver engaging and effective instructor-led training sessions to diverse audiences, ranging from beginners to advanced learners.
Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and group discussions.
Adapt teaching style to meet the needs of different learning styles.
Hands-on Labs:
Design and conduct hands-on lab exercises to reinforce learning and practical skills.
Provide guidance and support to learners during lab sessions.
Student Assessment:
Develop and administer assessments (quizzes, exams, and projects) to evaluate learner progress.
Provide constructive feedback to learners to help them improve.
Post-Training Support:
Offer post-training support through email, phone, or online forums.
Address learner queries and provide additional assistance.
