Job Description
Job Summary: An Accounts Assistant is responsible for maintaining day to day financial accounts and verifying all receipts vouchers.
Duties Responsibilities:
- All vouchers filing
- To retrieve legers as and when asked for
- To stay back after office hours as and when work demands.
- Purchase of stationery items, stock keeping of the same and dispersing department after obtaining requisition slip
- To delivery official papers to the concerned department
- To pay telephone bills and other bills at the respective vendors
- To ensure the proper handling and processing of cheques and other financial documents
- To dispurse concerned cheques to other branches
- Courier disperse entries in book
EDUCATION: PUC/Graduate (Incomplete)
EXPERIENCE: 0- 1 year of experience in similar position.
