Job Description:

Position: HR Manager

Location: QUA Loan Gurugram

Reporting To: Senior Management

Job Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes overseeing recruitment, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and promoting a positive work environment. The HR Manager plays a critical role in supporting the company's strategic goals and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.

2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

3. Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.

4. Conduct performance appraisals and career development plans.

5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

6. Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.

7. Develop and execute training programs.

8. Maintain employee records in the HRIS.

9. Advise management on HR-related issues.

10. Promote a positive work environment and culture.

11. Maintain a low attrition rate.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Educational and Professional Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate in HR Management or MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
