Job Description

Job Summary


We're seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and expand our presence in India and internationally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales leadership, a deep understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, and experience building and managing successful sales teams.


Key Responsibilities


1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with company objectives

2. Recruit, hire, train, and develop a skilled sales team to achieve aggressive revenue targets

3. Identify and penetrate new market segments and geographic regions, with an initial focus on India

4. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close complex sales deals with key decision-makers

5. Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring progress towards closure

6. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales processes

7. Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers


Qualifications


1. MBA / BBA

2. Proven success in SaaS sales leadership roles

3. Deep understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and best practices

4. Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams

5. Strong negotiation and communication skills

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Passion for technology and innovation


Additional Preferred Qualifications


1. Experience selling SaaS products in India

2. Knowledge of the Indian market and business culture

3. Experience with international sales and business development
