Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage a team to generate home loan leads from builder partners in the assigned region.
- Ensure team alignment with sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support their efforts and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with developers and their sales and CRM teams to generate leads and facilitate the home loan process.
- Assist clients throughout the home loan process, ensuring they are well-informed at every stage, from application to disbursement.
- Oversee the entire loan service process, ensuring timely updates and seamless coordination between clients, developers, and banking partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, sales teams, CRM teams, and bankers to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with developer sales and CRM teams to gather the necessary information, provide updates, and address issues related to home loan cases.
- Provide ongoing services to clients even after the loan has been disbursed, ensuring continued client satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve any issues or queries from developers or clients in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain relationships with bankers and other financial institutions for efficient loan processing and resolution of any loan-related issues.
- Work closely with banking partners to manage the entire process from loan login to disbursement, ensuring each stage is completed accurately and on time.
- Stay updated on all schemes and offers provided by banks and NBFCs to better assist clients in choosing the right home loan product for their needs.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their home loan requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and loan cases simultaneously with accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or home loan/banking sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service and relationship management.
- Familiarity with various home loan products and the ability to assess client profiles to determine the most suitable loan product.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client and developer concerns quickly and effectively.
- Strong sense of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to maintain confidentiality of client documents and lead sources.
Education: Masters in the relevant field.
- Ability to evaluate the eligibility of a client for different home loan schemes and know which bank or NBFC to approach based on the client's profile
