We are looking for an IT Support & Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. This role is perfect for someone with a foundational understanding of IT systems and a growing interest in cybersecurity. As part of the team, you'll assist in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and support the cybersecurity efforts to keep our network secure.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Support:
• Collaborate with the development and testing team to ensure smooth operation of local computers and devices.
• Assist with setup and configuration of hardware/software as needed by engineers.
• Coordinate software updates and system maintenance with the team, leveraging their technical skills.
• Help troubleshoot network or system issues when escalated by the team.
• Support basic IT logistics (e.g., equipment setup, backups) for the Bangalore office.

• Cybersecurity Support:
• Set up and monitor endpoint security for devices across multiple locations.
• Flag and report potential security issues or anomalies to the cybersecurity team.
• Assist in rolling out security patches or updates on local systems.
• Promote cybersecurity best practices (e.g., secure workflows).
• Ensure local systems and networks align with security policies and configuration.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience Level: 2 to 4 years of IT support/cybersecurity analyst experience.
• Basic understanding of IT systems (hardware, Windows/Linux, networking).
• Interest in cybersecurity, with willingness to learn tools like endpoint protection.
• Team player with good communication to work alongside engineers.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a dynamic development environment.

Good to have Skills

• Familiarity with development workflows or testing environments.
• Entry-level certification (e.g., CompTIA IT Fundamentals, Security+).
