Job Title: Sales Executive - Shippoing Courier Software

Location: India and UAE (Remote or Hybrid options may be considered)


About the Role:

We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our cutting-edge Shippoing courier software in the dynamic markets of India and the UAE. You will be adept at generating leads, building strong relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:


 * Lead Generation:

   * Proactively identify and qualify potential clients in the logistics and e-commerce industries within India and the UAE.

   * Utilize various lead generation channels, including online research, networking events, industry conferences, and social media.

   * Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.


* Sales Outreach:

   * Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and online presentations to introduce our shipping courier software.

   * Effectively communicate our software solutions' value proposition and benefits to key decision-makers.

   * Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine the suitability of our software.

 * Appointment Setting:

   * Schedule online or in-person product demonstrations with qualified leads.

   * Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless demo experiences.


* Product Demonstrations:

   * Deliver compelling product demonstrations highlighting our software's features and advantages.

   * Address client questions and concerns effectively.

   * Tailor presentations to meet specific client needs and requirements.

 * Account Management:

   * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

   * Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

   * Ensure client satisfaction and address any post-sales issues promptly.


 * Sales Reporting:

   * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.

   * Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).


Qualifications:


 * Experience: Proven experience (6+ months) in B2B software sales, preferably in the logistics or courier sectors.

 * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Hindi or Arabic would be a strong advantage.

 * Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions and web-based applications.

 * Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals.

 * Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

 * Target-Oriented: Driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.

 * Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills.

 * Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
