Associate - Customer Service - Call Centre (3-5 yrs)

Role Description

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our team and drive sales for our Forex products and services. In this role, you will:

Outbound Calling : Reach out to leads, prospects, and existing clients to promote our Forex solutions and services.

Lead Generation & Sales : Identify potential customers, pitch relevant Forex products, and convert leads into sales.

Customer Engagement : Understand customer needs and provide expert guidance on Forex trading, currency exchange, and services.

Achieve Targets : Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.

Follow-Up : Re-engage prospects, closing sales and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.

Compliance : Adhere to industry regulations and company policies, ensuring compliance with AML and KYC requirements.

Product Knowledge : Stay updated on the latest market trends to provide insightful recommendations.

Continuous Improvement : Provide feedback to enhance sales strategies and customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Should be Graduate in any stream

- Strong communication skills

- Experience in handling Customer Escalations

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in a similar role or Banking industry will be a plus

- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
