Biology Head

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:

Write high-quality educational content for classes 1st to 12th and NEET level, ensuring it aligns with the curriculum and syllabus.
Create in-depth and clear content for biology-related subjects (Botany, Zoology, and general Biology) for both the school curriculum (Class 11th & 12th) and NEET preparation.
Develop engaging and easy-to-understand lessons, examples, practice questions, and mock tests that help students build strong concepts in biology, including advanced topics like genetics, ecology, and human physiology.
Syllabus Knowledge:

Ensure deep understanding of the Class 11th & 12th biology syllabus and NEET requirements.
Design and structure lessons and assessments based on the syllabus for smooth delivery and exam readiness.
Stay up-to-date with the latest syllabus changes, exam trends, and key NEET preparation strategies.
Editing & Proofreading:

Review and proofread educational content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality.
Edit content to match the required format, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and language.
Perform quality checks on content to ensure there are no errors and the material is suitable for the target audience.
Team Handling:

Lead a team of content creators and editors to ensure timely delivery of content.
Provide guidance and feedback to team members to improve the quality and efficiency of content production.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align content strategies with educational goals and objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree (M.Sc.) in Botany, Zoology, Biology, or a related field.
At least 9 years of experience in content creation, specifically in educational content for the 11th & 12th grade and NEET level.
Strong knowledge of the biology syllabus for both school and NEET preparation.
Proven experience in leading and managing teams, ensuring high-quality output in content development.
Excellent communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
Skills Required:
Expertise in Biology (Botany, Zoology, and general Biology).
Strong editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proven ability to handle teams and deliver high-quality educational content on time.
Deep understanding of Class 11th & 12th syllabus and NEET requirements.
Familiarity with digital tools used in content development and content management systems.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the education sector or EdTech companies.
Ability to adapt content for various learning formats (videos, worksheets, etc.).
