1. Ensuring merchants and their device transactions are in compliance

2. Constantly keeping merchant monitoring policies relevant

3. Perform background checks and monitor existing merchants with internal tools and external resources to assess merchants compliance with terms of Service

4. Identify and measure each merchants risk, make appropriate decisions and find optimal solutions on mitigating potential risks

5. Work closely with merchants to make them compliant with internal policies and requirements of card payment guidelines

6. Understand and investigate the risks with any merchant, and help develop policies and procedures to prevent and address possible risks

7. Ensure that the business risk management process is reasonably designed, implemented, updated, and enforced so that it will be effective in preventing excessive business risk
