Location: Gurgaon, India
Work Schedule: 5 days a week, from the office
Experience Required: 6 to 10 years relevant exp in Product Management
Educational Qualification: Must be from a premium educational institute
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10, ensuring the successful launch and scaling of products.
- Feature Innovation: Lead the design and development of new product features, focusing on improving user experience and driving engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, notifications, data platform, and tech, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of product features.
- User Funnel Management: Oversee all user funnels, introducing strategies to optimize onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue, focusing on achieving ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) targets.
- User Onboarding & Retention: Lead initiatives to revamp the onboarding flow, improving user engagement and retention metrics.
- Strategic Planning: Bring innovative strategies to improve conversion rates across the funnel, enhancing overall product performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong background in B2C product management, with experience in B2B being a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in taking products from concept to launch and scaling them successfully.
- Proven track record in coordinating across teams to drive product success.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
