Job Description
- Listen, understand and convey customer requirements.Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.
- Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs by preparing product quotations from published price lists and product datasheets, or manufacturer s software programs or previously developed standards.
- Experience in Rockwell, Siemens, ABB, Modicon (Schneider), Delta PLC and HMI , any two brands is a must.
- Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values ,and financial objectives.
- Maintain professional business relationships within target accounts. Provide status of ongoing projects and future projects.
- Identify customers needs and sales opportunities to help future growth
- Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude or training, Ability to manage and prioritize variable workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
