As a Business Systems Analyst II on the Global Enterprise Tech (GET) team, you will lead initiatives to enhance our project management practices through Jira. Working closely with the GET engineering team, you will play a key role in refining our internal SaaS applications and IT tools such as Atlassian, Google Workspace and Datadog. You will act as a crucial link between business objectives and technical execution, with responsibilities that include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and implement new solutions that align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder projects
Facilitate cross-functional projects from start to finish by coordinating milestones and supporting diverse teams in meeting their deadlines
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that requested changes and enhancements are justified, align with business objectives, and effectively address the actual problems identified during discovery calls, ultimately improving operational efficiency
Develop frameworks and flowcharts to effectively translate complex business needs into actionable requirements, providing system engineers with the necessary diagrams to build effective solutions and facilitating process maturation / continuous improvement
Data Analysis: Develop reports and dashboards to monitor project progress, visually representing timelines to ensure that all team members and stakeholders are informed of their roles and responsibilities
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, workflows, and system configurations to support both agent and stakeholder training
GET Engineering Tooling
Administer and configure Jira projects, workflows, and custom fields to ensure they align with the organizations needs
Support the oversight of software upgrades, vulnerability patching, and new releases for the on-prem Atlassian stack by assisting in the development of implementation schedules and ensuring that all moving parts are in place for successful delivery
Be a key liaison for improving and gathering feedback of critical business applications such as Google Workspace, Atlassian Jira, Zendesk, etc
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or relevant professional experience
4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a technology or software development environment
Strong proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira Software / Service Management, Confluence Wiki, etc.)
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Plus (not required)
Experience in working with linux operating system
Basic working knowledge of an API
Experience with any coding languages
Atlassian certifications or courses complete within the Atlassian University
Zendesk administrator certifications or completed courses
Agile courses or certifications completed
Workato experience or automate 1 & 2 certifications
