About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Social Media Strategist to join our growing marketing team.
You will play a key role in developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage a data-driven social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage and curate engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. )
- Utilize social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) to streamline content creation and publishing.
Content Creation & Community Management:
- Develop and execute creative content calendars that resonate with target audiences and achieve marketing goals.
- Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and engaging online community around your brand.
Social Media Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze social media data to identify trends, understand audience behavior, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Generate comprehensive reports to communicate social media performance to stakeholders.
Industry Engagement & Collaboration:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platforms, and technologies.
- Identify and build relationships with relevant industry influencers to expand brand reach and credibility.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure social media campaigns align with broader business objectives.
Communication & Presentation Skills:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external audiences, both verbally and in writing.
- Present social media strategy and performance data to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. ) and their unique functionalities.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to create compelling and engaging social media content (written, visual, and video).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven approach with a focus on measurable results.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with social media advertising (a plus).
- Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles (a plus).
