Moglix - Associate Program Manager (2-4 yrs)

Role Objective:

As an Associate Program Manager, you will ensure smooth and timely delivery of end-to-end project deliverables, including project planning, stakeholder management, data management, resource allocation, progress monitoring, reporting, and documentation of project outcomes and success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- You will serve as a critical interface between the Product, Engineering and cross-functional departments/stakeholders facilitating streamlined decision-making and more efficient business processes.

- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.

- Implement new features to solve critical problems that our customers face in their development and testing cycle.

- Proactively identify, prioritize and execute critical projects and strategic initiatives.

- Manage complex, multi-faceted strategies and projects.

- Perform ad hoc analysis, research and communication as needed.

- Continuously identify operational and structural gaps and help improve existing or develop new processes to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects.

- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).

- Strong understanding of SDLC.

- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL) are a plus.
