The Executive - HR Operations will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day HR
operational functions such as onboarding, confirmations, employee exits, attendance,
leave monitoring, and maintaining employee records. Additionally, the role involves
ensuring timely inputs for statutory compliance and employee benefits like Insurance, PF,
and ESIC, while supporting the Head of HR in special HR projects.
-Conducting seamless onboarding processes for new joinees, including
documentation, system setup, and orientation.
- Creating and maintaining employee e-files and ensuring accuracy of
records in the HRMS.
- Managing employee confirmation process after probation, following up
with managers and employees on performance evaluations, and issuing
confirmation letters.
-Handling the end-to-end employee exit process including exit interviews,
clearance formalities, and full and final settlements.
-Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth transitions.
- Supporting initiatives to boost employee morale and drive engagement
through events, activities, and recognition programs.
-Assisting in organizing employee welfare activities and wellness programs.
-Maintaining accurate employee data in HRMS.
-Monitoring attendance and leave records, ensuring compliance with
company policies.
-Providing accurate and timely inputs for employee insurance, PF, and ESIC
additions and deletions.
-Coordinating with vendors for insurance claims and other statutory
benefits.
- Maintaining up-to-date digital employee records and ensuring compliance
with data protection and privacy guidelines.
- Collaborating with the Head of HR on various HR-related projects like policy
reviews, process improvements, and system enhancements.
-Assisting in ensuring that the company is compliant with labor laws and
other statutory requirements.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.).
- Proficiency in using HRMS software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
-Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in HR or HRMS will be a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Experience with employee onboarding, exits, and HRMS management is preferred.
